In this role, you will drive cross functional collaboration while partnering with teams across product, engineering, design, marketing, security, billing, technical operations, infrastructure, accounts payable, legal, and more.
Your primary responsibility will be championing our product localization strategy by facilitating ongoing product localization operations, leading teams through the internationalization process, and building strong partnerships with our localization vendors.

Major Areas of Responsibilities
- 3+ years of experience in project/program management, with in-depth knowledge of localization/globalization project management, including vendor management.
- Working knowledge of industry-standard localization tools (ex: Worldserver). Bonus points for experience directly managing updates to an existing codebase seamlessly.
- Comfortable managing projects with tight deadlines and changing priorities, effectively balancing risk to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to obtain clear requirements, plans, and decisions to proactively address critical gaps and mitigate risks.
- Drive the creation and rollout of scalable processes to meet product and engineering team goals.
- Establish regular feedback cycles and ensure buy-in from contributors on program plans and roadmaps.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Desirable Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor of Science or Business Administration, or higher, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in technical program/project management
- Proven track record of creating realistic project plans, managing dependencies, and overseeing execution to meet commitments with predictability.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience working with multiple time zones and cross-functional teams.
- Strong competency with Confluence and JIRA and various development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kaizen, Scrum, etc).
- Comfortable managing tight deadlines, changing priorities, and ambiguity.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Embraces technology including automation and AI augmentation
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
