Job Duties and Responsibilities
Boost Mobile is seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Marketing Strategist to drive local marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence and significantly increase retail traffic. This senior-level role is essential for our growth, focusing on the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that elevate Boost Mobile's market engagement and expand our market share.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
• Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
• Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related work experience (or 10 years of sales/sales management experience)
• 3 years of experience in a management capacity with direct or indirect retail channel experience
• Experience selling wireless products or services is a plus

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in both English and Spanish
• Ability to develop a strategic plan and drive execution, while working cross-functionally with many departments and levels within the organization

Travel:

• Located in-office/onsite in Littleton, CO with 10% local travel as needed

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
