Position Summary
The Local Listings Management & SEO Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of local business data across multiple platforms for enterprise-level accounts. This position involves managing large datasets, overseeing data distribution processes, and working with citation partners to maintain high-quality local listings.
Additionally, the role provides essential support to the SEO Account Manager by executing key SEO strategies, including keyword research, competitor analysis, technical issue resolution, and collaboration with the content team to develop optimized content for clients.

Expected Salary - Base salary of $75,000 annually depending on experience. Additionally, our incentive plan provides the opportunity to earn even more.
Essential Job Functions/Results
Local Listings Management:
- Maintain and distribute accurate business information across local directories and citation networks.
- Monitor and update listings to ensure consistency and compliance with client standards.
- Manage large datasets and troubleshoot data discrepancies through established processes.
- Research, collect, and analyze data to report on successes and actionable opportunities for local listing programs
SEO Support:
- Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
- Create content strategies aligned with SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, search-optimized content.
- Assist in addressing technical SEO issues
Essential Job Requirements:
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience with local listing and citation management.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data management tools for handling large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
