About The Role
We’re hiring a high-impact LMS Project Manager to completely rebuild and relaunch WEKA U, our internal learning management system. This is a ground-up, strategic initiative- not a maintenance role.
You’ll take full ownership of the LMS platform, lead a thoughtful redesign, establish structure, governance, and branding, and deliver a seamless learner experience that supports onboarding, enablement, role-based learning, and certification at scale.
This role requires a mix of platform expertise, content management, and strong project and stakeholder management. We need a visionary; someone who’s not afraid to figure it out, reimagine what’s possible, and make it real.
What you'll do:
- Lead a full, ground-up redesign and relaunch of WEKA University
- Own implementation, structure, configuration, and maintenance of Docebo platform
- Build role-specific learning journeys, certifications, learning paths, and global onboarding experiences within Articulate 360 and produce within Docebo
- Serve as overall project manager across content providers, SMEs, designers, ops, and executives
- Design scalable folder structures, tagging, versioning workflows, and user group logic
- Upload, organize, and maintain content in various formats (video, articles, interactive modules, etc.)
- Apply basic video editing and branding to ensure consistency and polished user experience
- Monitor learner engagement, progress, and completions through custom reporting
- Build intuitive UX and apply thoughtful branding and voice to the LMS interface
- Work cross-functionally to support GTM, Product, CS, HR, and Partner teams within the system
- Manage LMS administrator(s) effectively
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Enablement or L&D with at least 2+ years building GTM, customer, or partner-facing content
- Proven success building customer and channel onboarding programs and learning paths
- LMS experience required; Docebo and Articulate 360 experience strongly preferred
- Experience with project management tools, particularly JIRA and Asana
- Background in instructional design and passion for building polished, easy-to-consume content
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — able to work with Sales, Product Marketing, Ops, and Partner teams
- Clear understanding of channel, OEM, and alliance partner models
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills- attention to detail is critical
- Comfortable creating broad and deep content libraries from both internal and external sources
Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience enabling technical audiences (e.g., partner sales engineers or solution architects)
- Experience working with a Content Management System, like Highspot
- Exposure to partner certification frameworks or reseller readiness scorecards
- Salesforce experience
- Experience supporting high-growth SaaS in enterprise or infrastructure segments
- AI tooling experience and curiosity
- TechSmith (Camtasia and Audiate) video editing skills and familiarity with content authoring tools (Others preferred: Adobe Pro, Rise, Canva, etc.)
- U.S.-based preferred, but open to highly qualified remote candidates
- Ability to work beyond 9am-5pm, as we are a global team
