DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Provide clients with complex or cross regional liquidity solutions, including the implementation process for new notional pooling and Virtual Account Management deals for multinational corporations and their subsidiaries. Drive the on-going service of existing clients. Collaborate with broader implementation colleagues across teams to ensure the successful delivery of the client's solution. Work on individual projects tailored to customers' local and cross-border requirements and take ownership for the bespoke delivery. Provide internal and client facing subject matter expertise, both in region and cross regionally. Support the design and implementation of policies and procedures to support delivery and maintenance of complex liquidity solutions, including adaptation to local markets as required. Support the sales process and client pitches to provide product expertise and present the implementation approach for complex liquidity solutions. Support the development, production, and analysis of Global Liquidity Implementation projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Liquidity Solutions Specialist, Liquidity Product Manager, Corporate Trust Account Manager, Transactional Sales Manager, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: notional pooling and cash concentration structures to facilitate treasuries' automatic move cash balances across accounts; cash management products including cash sweeps, zero-balancing, and physical pooling; virtual accounts including structure, benefits, and integration into client systems; managing multi-phase liquidity product implementation projects; scope management, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project goals; handling client queries, troubleshooting issues, and acting as the main point of contact throughout the financial project lifecycle between the winning of a business and the products and solutions being set up for said business; translating technical product features into client benefits and business impacts; liaising with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions and departments; managing senior-level client and internal relationships with senior management; escalation management and stakeholder alignment; global liquidity and treasury management; liquidity products including notional pooling and virtual accounts to support a broader treasury strategy; system integration and technical implementation of liquidity products within a client's existing infrastructure; managing liquidity and treasury products; managing a team of employees working on multiple projects; evaluating client data and financial flows to ensure liquidity solutions are optimized; mentoring junior staff; Managing liquidity solutions for customers in legal jurisdictions across Europe and North America; negotiating contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) for clients.
