Puppet, IPA, Kubernetes, Ansible, and scripting experience are preferred.

Position Overview:The Amatriot Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Linux admin to work with our
dynamic team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud
environments, an understanding of cloud services, and a strong Linux command line
understanding. Looking for candidates with some variety of the skills listed below.
- Workstation and Server support:
- Local Linux Desktop support
- Support local and remote “Cloud-in-a-box” infrastructure (Nutanix)
- Comfortable with hardware deployments and troubleshooting
- Cloud Infrastructure Management:
- Manage and Maintain cloud-based resources (AWS)
- IPA
- Puppet
- Documenation
- Network Support:
- Support troubleshooting efforts for our cloud base network infrastructure
- Support/troubleshoot local network issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in server/desktop Linux system administration and network
troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and methodologies
- Experience navigating Linux Command Line
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent / higher)
- Knowledge of Puppet, IPA, Kubernetes
- Experience or understanding of Cloud in a Box Solutions
- Experience with Ansible and Scripting
