About Yendo

Hi there, we're Yendo, and our vision is to empower everyday people to build a stronger financial future. In less than 2 years, we’ve saved customers over $100 million in unnecessary interest and fees.

We are using AI to unlock the $1.1 Trillion in vehicle equity trapped within cars owned by Americans in the form of a high limit, standard rate credit card for those traditionally excluded from mainstream financial offerings.

Yendo Credit Cards have similar APRs to those issued for prime borrowers with no hidden fees or overdraft charges and help build their customers' credit score. Yendo's credit limits are 4x higher than cards typically available for non-prime borrowers.

Role Overview

As Yendo's Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll be the hands-on operator who turns lifecycle strategy into shipped campaigns. You'll work directly with our VP of Product Marketing, who owns lifecycle strategy and the broader product marketing function - your job is to execute against that strategy with speed, precision, and a craftsperson's eye for detail.

This is a builder's role. You'll spend your days inside Iterable building journeys, writing and QA'ing copy, setting up segments, configuring A/B tests, scheduling sends, and pulling performance reports. You'll be the person who actually makes the campaigns happen - across email, SMS, push, and in-app - and who keeps the calendar humming. If you love getting reps in, sweating the details, and shipping more campaigns and experiments this month than you did last month, this role is for you.

We move fast. We test constantly. We expect ownership of execution quality.

Responsibilities
  • Build and ship lifecycle campaigns in Iterable across email, SMS, push, and in-app - including segment setup, template build, journey configuration, scheduling, and send.

  • Translate briefs from cross-functional teams into executed campaigns: copy in templates, dynamic content wired up, audiences targeted correctly, links tagged, QA complete.

  • Configure and launch A/B tests against hypotheses; pull results, summarize learnings, and recommend the winning variant.

  • Own the lifecycle calendar - keep evergreen journeys running, schedule one-off sends, prevent collisions, and surface gaps.

  • QA every campaign before send: render testing across clients, link checks, personalization token validation, audience size sanity checks, and suppression logic.

  • Build and maintain audience segments in Iterable using behavioral, funnel-stage, and propensity (P2C) data piped in from Snowflake.

  • Pull weekly campaign performance reports (opens, clicks, conversion, revenue) and flag anomalies or wins worth scaling.

  • Partner with Design on creative briefs, with Growth Analytics on segmentation pulls, and with MarTech on data plumbing and deliverability.

  • Use AI tools to accelerate copy drafts, variant generation, and QA - we expect this person to have a strong bias to action, constantly shipping.

What we're looking for
  • 3–6 years of hands-on lifecycle / CRM / email marketing experience at a consumer brand - fintech, e-commerce, or subscription preferred.

  • Deep, in-the-tool fluency with at least one major ESP (Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, Klaviyo). You can build a journey, set up a dynamic content block, and configure an A/B test without a manual open.

  • Strong execution chops: you're known for shipping campaigns that go out clean, on time, with zero embarrassing mistakes.

  • Comfort with SQL or a willingness to learn quickly is a huge plus

  • Copywriting ability: you can take a brief and turn it into subject lines, body copy, and SMS variants that sound like Yendo and convert.

  • Detail-obsessed. You'd rather delay a send by an hour than ship a broken link or a wrong dynamic token.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, scrappy environment where the brief might shift midweek.

  • Bonus: experience with Iterable specifically, with consumer fintech or credit products, with deliverability fundamentals, or with AI-assisted marketing workflows.

Why join us

🤝 You can make a real impact to the lives of our customers.

💳 100 million Americans lack access to sustainable credit and are forced to use predatory loans. Think 500%+ APR alternative financing options such as Auto Title, Payday, Pawn, and Personal Loans. Each year almost 25% of adults are excluded from the mainstream credit system, severely inhibiting their chances of accessing affordable borrowing, getting a mortgage, or even an auto loan.

👨‍💼 Our executive team has multiple exits under their belts, having founded $100M+ revenue companies. Additionally, many executives have held leadership roles at public comapny and unicorn startups alike.

🧠 We are backed by leading VCs, accomplished entrepreneurs, respected philanthropists, and founders from across the U.S. Our backers are the minds and investors behind the success of the Apple Card, Brex, Dave, Scribd, Parse, Canva, Robinhood, Flexport, Gusto, Reddit, Notion, LinkedIn, among others.

Yendo is based in Dallas, Texas with a nationwide team. This role is remote or in our office in the Deep Ellum area of Dallas.
