This role requires a marketer with deep marketing automation expertise (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and a proven ability to build journeys that improve conversion, protect engagement quality, and drive measurable pipeline contribution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Journey & Nurture Design
- Build and optimize automated nurture journeys, triggered campaigns, and engagement programs across email, SMS, and other digital channels.
- Map and manage customer touchpoints to ensure timely, relevant, and personalized experiences.
Lead Scoring & Routing
- Own the design and evolution of lead scoring models to improve qualification accuracy.
- Ensure clean and timely lead routing to divisional marketing leads and sales systems.
Engagement Hygiene & Deliverability
- Monitor and manage deliverability, suppression rules, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- Maintain engagement hygiene to improve inbox placement, reduce unsubscribes, and protect brand reputation.
Optimization & Test-and-Learn
- Continuously refine journeys through test-and-learn programs.
- Use performance data to improve speed-to-lead, nurture effectiveness, and conversion rates.
Tools & Technology
Fluency with core performance marketing platforms and tools, including:
- Marketing Automation & CRM: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred), HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), attribution and reporting platforms.
- Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Collaboration & Workflow: Project management and campaign orchestration tools.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
- 5–7 years in lifecycle, CRM, or marketing automation roles in enterprise or multi-division organizations.
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred) or equivalent MAP/CRM systems.
- Proven ability to design scalable nurture journeys that drive conversion.
- Strong understanding of deliverability, compliance, and engagement best practices.
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience turning journey metrics into optimization actions.
- A collaborative marketer who thrives in a cross-functional performance marketing environment.
- Lead the customer engagement engine.
- Build and optimize journeys that directly convert leads into revenue opportunities.

Salary Range: $95,,400.00-127,100.00
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
