Who you are:  

SumUp is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the SumUp team in the Boulder, CO office. You will support the marketing team and stakeholders. The ideal candidate blends data analysis with creative thinking and brings a self-starting attitude. You will focus on driving growth through the full merchant lifecycle, from acquisition to retention using CRM channels such as email, SMS, and push notification. This is a full time position in our Boulder, Colorado office. 

What you’ll do:

  • Monitor and optimize ongoing lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Review performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign planning and execution
  • Create and refine customer segments based on behavior, preferences, and needs
  • Develop and test new messaging and content for different customer touchpoints
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Participate in regular team meetings to align on marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies supporting lifecycle marketing efforts

What we're looking for:

  • 4 - 7 years of experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • SQL experience
  • HTML experience
  • A/B Testing
  • Experience with localization (bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
  • Python experience a plus

Compensation: 

  • Base salary of $110,000 to $135,000
  • Compensation will be finalized based on the candidate’s experience
