About Caribou

At Caribou, we care about giving people financial freedom so they can focus on what’s most important to them. Today, less than two percent of Americans refinance their auto loans despite drastic increases in the cost of new and used cars. We see huge potential to help folks reduce their monthly auto expenses, as well as increase the predictability of those expenses over time. We do this by building technology to pair customers with community banks and credit unions, and ushering them through the process quickly. On average, our drivers save $130/month on their car loans while protecting their investment long term.

Caribou is led by leaders from the technology, automotive, and finance industries. We’re proud to be backed by a great team of investors, including QED Investors, Goldman Sachs, Moderne Ventures, Accomplice, Link Ventures, Motley Fool Ventures and others.

About the Role

As a Lender Success & Enablement Associate, you’ll be instrumental in both supporting our ongoing lender relationships and driving the successful onboarding of new lender partners. This hybrid role combines day-to-day partner engagement with project coordination responsibilities, ensuring a smooth implementation experience from start to finish. In this role you will keep internal stakeholders aligned, while helping our lenders go live quickly and effectively. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building processes, and are passionate about partner success, this role is for you.

In this role you will…

  • Support the daily management of lender relationships by providing timely updates, responding to inquiries, and conducting recurring business reviews.
  • Oversee implementation timelines and deliverables to ensure lender launches are executed on time and with high quality.
  • Maintain accurate lender information, including rates, programs, documentation, and operational details.
  • Gather and document lender feedback, identifying recurring issues and opportunities for process or product improvements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials, both to be viewed internally and externally.
  • Monitor lender performance metrics and track engagement throughout the lender lifecycle.

This role can be based out of our Caribou office in Denver, CO, or remotely in an approved state, with a preference for the Phoenix or Denver*. Occasional travel (up to 5-10%) may be required for client visits, conferences, or team meetings.
