Job Overview
Docketly is seeking a Legal Recruiting Specialist to lead high-volume sourcing and onboarding of attorneys across the country. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and enjoys building strong pipelines through proactive outreach.

You’ll play a critical role in expanding our nationwide attorney network by identifying, engaging, and activating qualified legal professionals to meet growing market demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage attorneys through LinkedIn, bar directories, referrals, and recruiting platforms
  • Build and maintain a robust, nationwide pipeline of qualified attorney candidates
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, messages) to drive engagement
  • Conduct initial screening and qualification based on experience, availability, and reliability
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring consistent follow-up and movement through the funnel
  • Meet and exceed weekly performance metrics, including outreach volume, conversions, and activations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and fill coverage gaps in key markets

Qualifications
Required:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume sourcing
  • Proven success with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Experience managing large pipelines in a metrics-driven environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting within legal or professional services
  • Background sourcing independent contractors or gig-based professionals
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools

  • Attorney activations and onboarding volume
  • Outreach activity and conversion rates
  • Speed and efficiency of candidate onboarding
  • Expansion of attorney coverage in priority markets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour-based on experience 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, this position is full-time in Docketly's HQ Office in Longmont, Colorado.
