Job DescriptionThe Legal Production Specialist is responsible for ensuring all legal production volume is processed on a daily basis. The position will be required to maintain the integrity of data in consumer accounts through careful internal auditing checks, processing mail, faxes, and online information from our consumers and completing the transition process of consumer accounts.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, faxes, and online contacts from consumers on a daily basis
Process production workflow data entry and ensure daily deadlines are met
Ensure consumer letters have proper coding and collaborate with internal departments to maintain the
integrity of consumers dataIdentify when consumer accounts are moved internally from one representative to the next and perform
the moves through the systemCoordinate audits with internal departments to ensure company is compliant
Receive, monitor, and assign files to account representatives through MS excel
Track schedule deviations and all account representatives attendance, tardy, and late times in MS excel
to create reports of dataOther duties as assigned.
Education, Formal Training, or Certificates:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service oriented administrative or reception position preferred
Previous experience with a collections management system (CLS) preferred
Previous experience in a high volume data entry Previous experience processing incoming and
outgoing mail.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Excel
Ability to interact professionally with co-workers, clients and consumers.
Working Environment:
Majority of this position will be in a professional office environment
Sitting – 75%, Standing/Walking – 25%
Will type, write, use finger dexterity, talk, hear, and see (up close and moderate distances) as a normal part of job duties
Will occasionally need to lift up to 25 lbs with assistance.
