  • Act as a technical and operational partner to the General Counsel by configuring tools, managing implementations, and driving adoption.
  • Continuously assess and optimize legal workflows with a focus on automation, standardization, and measurable improvement.
  • Track and manage the lifecycle of commercial contract negotiations, ensuring visibility, accountability, and timely execution.
  • Independently negotiate and manage Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) using approved negotiation frameworks.
  • Design, implement, and maintain contract negotiation playbooks; support internal enablement and adoption.
  • Implement and oversee efficient processes for the execution of agreements.
  • Design and implement scalable processes supporting procurement, compliance, employment, and privacy initiatives.

Who you bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across legal, technical, and business teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn, particularly in emerging legal technologies and AI‑enabled tools.
  • A bias for action and a continuous‑improvement mindset, with comfort testing, iterating, and refining processes.
  • Working knowledge of legal technology tools and the ability to engage on a technical level with vendors and internal teams.
  • Experience in legal operations, contracts management, or a related role (strongly preferred).
  • Experience implementing or administering CLM systems, document management platforms, or AI‑assisted legal tools (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with procurement, privacy, or compliance workflows in a growing or fast‑moving organization (nice to have).
