SeatGeek is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to drive operational excellence within its Legal team. This high-impact role is responsible for optimizing the full operational lifecycle of the department, enabling attorneys to focus on strategic legal work while ensuring seamless, efficient processes.

Reporting to the Senior Corporate Counsel, the Legal Operations Manager will lead the evaluation, implementation, and management of legal technology and AI-powered tools, partnering with IT and procurement to ensure integration and adoption. The role includes building dashboards and reporting infrastructure, mapping and improving legal workflows, and developing scalable processes for high-volume legal work.

Key responsibilities include managing relationships with outside counsel and legal vendors, overseeing billing and matter management systems, and supporting budgeting and financial reporting. The Legal Operations Manager will also maintain legal department KPIs, curate knowledge management resources, deliver training, and oversee compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional duties involve supporting board and stockholder administration, managing annual renewals of foreign qualifications, and administering company equity plans.

The ideal candidate brings over five years of experience in legal operations or a related field, deep familiarity with legal technology, and a proven track record in process improvement. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills are essential, as is experience in high-growth technology environments and familiarity with AI tools in legal contexts.
