Position Summary:

The Legal Marketing Representatives at Mountain View Pain Center (MVPC) play a critical role in driving patient referrals through effective relationship building with attorneys, medical providers, and other partners. This position bridges the communication gap between referring businesses and MVPC staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and patient care. Responsibilities include regular provider and law firm visits, developing referral relationships, managing marketing initiatives, and coordinating events to promote MVPC’s services. They will also contribute to reputation management and enhancing MVPC’s social presence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular visits to referring business offices to troubleshoot, support, and manage any reported issues.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships by promoting MVPC’s services and specialists.
  • Identify referring business needs and provide solutions, including educational opportunities, practice support, and patient-centered strategies.
  • Maintain and effectively utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage territory and communicate with referring partners.
  • Create and execute strategic provider marketing plans, balancing profitability with budget limitations.
  • Establish and track ROI metrics to measure the success of referral efforts and increase patient referrals.
  • Coordinate hospitality events such as scheduling meetings and providing food for breakfast, lunch, or dinner meetings.
  • Represent MVPC at industry mixers and trade shows by setting up and staffing booths, engaging with visitors, and distributing educational materials and promotional items.
  • Address patient and referring business concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support reputation management efforts and enhance MVPC’s social media presence.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in client services, provider relations, and/or sales representative role
  • Knowledge and understanding of claims processes and data management
  • Proficiency in creating presentations, training documents, reports, and analytical graphs
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills 
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information
  • This position requires critical thinking, problem solving, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for client visits

Work Location: DTC Corporate Office, Onsite with Frequent Client Visits

Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000 annually
