What you might be doing

We are looking for a Legal Counsel with experience in Marketing Compliance to join the team. 

  • Review and approve marketing materials for regulatory compliance (FTC, UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.)
  • Provide general legal guidance on contracts, vendor agreements, and day-to-day business questions
  • Draft and update internal compliance policies and procedures
  • Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impact to stakeholders
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and report findings to leadership
  • Develop and deliver compliance training for internal teams
What you look like
  • J.D. from accredited law school (bar admission preferred)
  • 3–5 years experience in marketing compliance, advertising law, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of FTC guidelines, consumer protection laws, and digital marketing regulations
  • Ability to onboard quickly and work independently
