Given Mindbloom’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further, note that Mindbloom has minimal hierarchy and titles, but the scope of the role and compensation will be reflective of your level. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $80,000 - $190,000 USD. The actual base salary may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, and on market data changes. Total compensation for this role may vary depending on equity and sales incentives (for sales roles).

As Legal Counsel, you’ll literally transform and save lives by evolving Legal from a defensive org to an offensive org that strengthens our regulatory position. You’ll report directly to our kickass General Counsel, who has an entrepreneurial background. This will be a career-defining chapter for the person who rises to the challenge.
• Scale Problem Solving: Turn legal into a high-leverage system by triaging fast, solving with AI or directly, escalating only high-judgment matters, hardening the system with root-cause AI fixes, and building Bloomineers into strong first-line owners of legal and regulatory issues.
• Compliance: Complete organization-wide compliance QA with proposals for must-have, nice-to-have, and tier improvements, including marketing, clinical, privacy, and data tech, product, provider employment, and licensing
• Legal CoS: Build and run Legal’s roadmap system, deflect low-value inbound so that the Legal team stays focused on priority work, and report progress, risks, and blockers to the leadership team
• Cross-Functional Counsel: Assume responsibility for advising and unblocking other departments on day-to-day healthcare regulation, marketing, privacy, and compliance issues
• Auto-Didact: Relentlessly learns using internal and external resources without being asked or told how
