We are seeking an experienced, business-oriented attorney with 8+ years of experience to support Eon's commercial growth and expanding U.S. operations. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams, helping drive complex commercial transactions while balancing legal risk and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a pragmatic and solutions-oriented lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders to accelerate growth and close strategic deals.
What You'll DoServe as the primary legal advisor supporting Eon's U.S. commercial operations.
Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements, including enterprise customer, partner, reseller, vendor, and SaaS agreements.
Partner closely with Sales and Revenue leadership to structure, negotiate, and close strategic enterprise transactions.
Advise business stakeholders on legal and commercial risks, providing practical, business-focused guidance.
Support strategic partnerships, channel programs, and go-to-market initiatives.
Develop and improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and scalable legal processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Security, Product, and Compliance teams to support business objectives and customer requirements.
J.D. degree and active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.
8+ years of legal experience, including significant commercial contracting and transaction experience.
Experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or technology company.
Strong expertise negotiating enterprise SaaS, technology, and strategic commercial agreements.
Proven ability to balance legal risk with business objectives and support revenue-generating initiatives.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
