About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, business-oriented attorney with 8+ years of experience to support Eon's commercial growth and expanding U.S. operations. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams, helping drive complex commercial transactions while balancing legal risk and business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic and solutions-oriented lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders to accelerate growth and close strategic deals.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary legal advisor supporting Eon's U.S. commercial operations.

  • Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements, including enterprise customer, partner, reseller, vendor, and SaaS agreements.

  • Partner closely with Sales and Revenue leadership to structure, negotiate, and close strategic enterprise transactions.

  • Advise business stakeholders on legal and commercial risks, providing practical, business-focused guidance.

  • Support strategic partnerships, channel programs, and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Develop and improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and scalable legal processes.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Security, Product, and Compliance teams to support business objectives and customer requirements.

What You'll Bring
  • J.D. degree and active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.

  • 8+ years of legal experience, including significant commercial contracting and transaction experience.

  • Experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or technology company.

  • Strong expertise negotiating enterprise SaaS, technology, and strategic commercial agreements.

  • Proven ability to balance legal risk with business objectives and support revenue-generating initiatives.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
