  • Estimated annual base pay:  $108,000(minimum) - $135,000(midpoint) - $162,000(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Learning Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a strategic and passionate Learning Manager to lead the charge in designing and implementing comprehensive learning programs that align with our business objectives and enhance enterprise-wide capabilities. You will be responsible for identifying skill gaps, curating content, and collaborating with various departments to deliver impactful learning experiences. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in program performance/learning consultation, vendor management, and learning program design. What You Will Be Doing 

  • Learning Strategy & Performance Consultation: Develop and implement comprehensive Learning strategies that address current and future organizational needs, including partnering with department leaders to identify skill gaps and future capability needs tied to business objectives.  
  • Learning Program Design & Management: Design enterprise-wide learning programs (e.g., re/skilling and upskilling programs, closing technical skills gaps, onboarding) aligned to business goals and oversee program outcomes. Define learning priorities and roadmaps and collaborate with the Manager of Learning Operations to translate needs into actionable programs. 
  • Evaluation & Measurement: Establish metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, analyze data, and generate reports to demonstrate ROI and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including department managers to align learning programs with department-specific goals. 
  • Content Strategy & Curation: Curate external content and manage vendor partnerships for scalable solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends, such as AI-driven learning and hybrid engagement, to recommend innovations. 

What We Are Looking For

  • Change Management: Experience in leading and managing change initiatives within a dynamic organizational environment. Experience designing and implementing a change management plan for enterprise-wide learning programs and solutions. 
  • Program Management: Developing and implementing learning programs including curriculum development, business and professional development programs, onboarding initiatives, and skill-building courses. 
  • Program Evaluation: Experience translating metrics into actionable insights for leadership. Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing learning impact data and key performance indicators to refine programs, improve engagement, and ensure alignment with business needs. 
  • Collaboration & Consultation: Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Experience working with business leaders, SMEs, and vendors. 
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills. Experience developing and implementing a communications plan at the course, program, and learning portfolio level. 
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights. Experience identifying and solving complex learning-related issues, such as low member participation or lack of engagement. 
  • Execution: Comfort pivoting between strategy and hands-on support in a small, agile team.  
  • Learning Management: A comprehensive understanding of learning and development principles and practices. A strong understanding of learning software and technology, such as learning management systems and e-learning platforms. 
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop long-term learning strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. 
  • Operational and Manufacturing Savvy: The ability to speak the language of operational leaders and extensive experience developing learning programs for manufacturing and industrial industries. 

Additional Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Development & Learning, I/O Psychology or a related field preferred.
  • Successful candidates with a degree will typically have 5 years of progressive experience in learning, talent development, or a related field. 
  • In lieu of degree, 10 years of progressive experience in learning, talent development, or a related field. 
  • Experience with learning technologies and vendors including: Workday, Seertech, LinkedIn Learning, and DDI. 
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs (e.g., upskilling/reskilling initiatives, early career development, rotational training, and onboarding). 
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and talent management best practices.
