Job title: Learning Experience Designer
Location: USA - Remote with up to 10% travel for internal meetings and to support customer meetings as required
Are you passionate about transforming knowledge into impactful, engaging learning experiences? As a Learning Experience Designer, you’ll go beyond traditional instructional design—crafting innovative, scalable training solutions that reach global audiences and drive real business outcomes.
You’ll blend creativity, technology, and learning science to design experiences that are not just informative—but unforgettable.
- Design high-impact learning experiences across digital, virtual, and instructor-led formats—built for scale and global reach
- Create market-ready training products for platforms like Coursera, turning ideas and legacy content into compelling modern learning journeys
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate complex topics into engaging, learner-centered experiences
- Lead localization and translation efforts, ensuring learning experiences resonate across cultures and languages
- Leverage emerging technologies (AI tools, microlearning, immersive formats) to elevate learning outcomes and innovation
- Develop interactive eLearning solutions using tools like Articulate Storyline, incorporating scenarios, assessments, and storytelling
- Continuously improve learning solutions through data, feedback, and performance insights
- A passion for designing learner-centric experiences, not just courses
- Strong ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into engaging content
- Experience designing across modalities: eLearning, virtual, in-person, and blended
- Proficiency in tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise (plus AI/video tools a bonus)
- A collaborative mindset—comfortable partnering with SMEs, clients, and global teams
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial impact and scalability
- Multilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, French) is a plus
- Experience with global audiences or localization
- Familiarity with compliance, standards, or technical training
- Engaging learning products delivered on time
- High learner satisfaction and adoption
- Scalable solutions that support business growth
What we offer:
BSI offers a competitive salary, group-sponsored health and dental, short-term and long-term disability, a company-matched 401k plan, company paid life insurance, 11 paid holidays and 4 weeks paid time off.
The salary for this position can range from $79,050 - $93,000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
