Job Description
The Learning Enablement Partner (LEP) plays a critical role as a trusted partner and key point of contact to sales leaders, managers, and sellers for learning and developing key sales skills and competencies. As an LEP, you will determine methods and deliver a targeted, strategic learning plan with data-driven just-in-time learning solutions that map to specific business needs. You are also responsible for driving, supporting, and executing numerous regional and global enablement efforts. Your contributions to the AMS business impact the overall effectiveness, efficiency, and demonstrated differentiated value to our customers by providing tools, resources, skills, and knowledge to the field.
The ideal candidate will have experience in advancing selling skillsets in the field, executing sales enablement programs, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams through outcome-based enablement strategies. This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as a proven record of accomplishment in leading sales enablement programs.

Qualifications
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or a Master's degree with 6 years experience; or equivalent experience
- Ability to build and grow trusting relationships with VP-level stakeholders
- Experience reading and interpreting sales performance metrics for strengths and gaps
- Demonstrated leadership, influence, and active listening across lines of business
- Collaboration and problem-solving skills to solve complex business challenges with learning solutions
- Courageous, empathetic and articulate communicator
- Ability to remain agile in changing and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to determine learning methods and procedures
- Strong judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria
- Proven networking skills with stakeholders
