Program Management & Coordination

  • Manage all program logistics including scheduling, participant communications, venue/platform coordination, materials preparation, and post-session follow-up
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with department leaders to schedule sessions, identify participants, and ensure minimal disruption to business operations
  • Track program participation, completion rates, and learner progress; maintain organized systems for documentation and record-keeping
  • Manage vendor relationships, external facilitator contracts, and learning platform administration as needed
  • Handle troubleshooting, participant questions, and day-of-session execution to ensure seamless delivery

Technical Training Operations & Administration

  • Provide structural and operational oversight for internal technical training programs; advise engineering and technical leaders on how to organize and structure their training initiatives
  • Manage documentation and recordkeeping for all technical training activities, certifications, and licenses obtained by employees
  • Build and maintain systems for tracking technical certifications, credentials, and training completion across the organization
  • Serve as the central repository owner for technical training records, ensuring organized documentation and easy retrieval of certification/license information
  • Partner with technical teams to identify certification and licensing requirements; provide guidance on documentation standards and tracking mechanisms

Operational Excellence & Infrastructure

  • Build and maintain foundational L&D systems including learning technology platforms, resource repositories, and program tracking mechanisms
  • Create standardized processes for program evaluation, feedback collection, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure all learning materials are current, accessible, and professionally produced
  • Support implementation of career pathing frameworks by building employee-facing resources and guidance materials

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track and report on program metrics including participation rates, completion rates, participant satisfaction, and skill development progress
  • Gather and synthesize learner feedback to inform program improvements and iteration
  • Prepare program updates and impact summaries for People leadership
  • Maintain awareness of L&D best practices and emerging trends to bring new ideas and approaches to the team
