Job Summary
  • The Learning and Development Intern will support the team in day-to-day operations, projects, and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in a professional work environment. This role provides an opportunity to develop practical skills, learn industry best practices, and contribute to departmental goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the Talent Development Team with daily tasks and projects.
  • Support administrative and operational activities as needed.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, documents, and records.
  • Conduct research and gather information when required.
  • Attend meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
  • Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks.
  • Submit work outputs within agreed timelines.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Education
    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program
    • Must have at least 600 to 900 hours internship required hours
    • Academic projects, leadership experience, organizational involvement, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities are considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organized and detail-oriented.
    • Willing to learn and take initiative.
    • Able to manage time and meet deadlines.
    • Can work independently and as part of a team.
    • Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
