This is a remote position.

You’ve built valuable experience. What if you could use it in a way that gives you greater flexibility, autonomy, and room to keep growing?

This remote Learning & Development Consultant role offers a different way to work — one where you can apply the communication, leadership, relationship-building, learning and development, marketing, and business development skills you’ve developed throughout your career in a more flexible, self-directed environment.

If you’re driven, motivated, and ready for a new chapter that offers meaningful work, continued professional challenge, and greater ownership over your time, income, and results, this may be worth exploring.

This is not a traditional salaried position or corporate L&D role. It’s designed for experienced professionals who are open to an independent, performance-based structure and greater ownership over how they work.

At LiveHappy Initiative, we offer access to world-class leadership and personal development programs, structured systems for long-term professional achievement, and the support of a global organization operating in more than 120 countries.

What the Role Involves

This role centers around communication, relationship development, and meaningful conversations with professionals who are exploring personal and professional growth.

You’ll use an established, consultative process to:

  • Connect with professionals who have expressed interest in exploring new possibilities
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand goals, priorities, and alignment
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients
  • Introduce qualified individuals to established leadership and personal development programs
  • Apply strong communication and relationship-building skills to guide conversations and next steps
  • Build and nurture professional relationships through thoughtful follow-up
  • Use established marketing strategies and shared best practices to generate warm interest and develop your pipeline
  • Manage prospective client activity and follow-up using CRM and digital communication tools
  • Participate in ongoing leadership, learning, and professional development training

Step-by-step systems, comprehensive training, and ongoing support are provided. You’ll work independently while staying connected to an established global professional community where people share ideas, experiences, and best practices — offering the autonomy of self-directed work without having to navigate everything alone.

Who This Tends to Fit

This role tends to appeal to experienced professionals who still want challenge, growth, and meaningful work — but are reconsidering whether the traditional career structure still fits their goals and priorities today.

You may be a strong fit if you have 10+ years of professional experience, particularly in learning and development, leadership development, training, organizational development, marketing, communications, business development, client success, consulting, leadership, or another relationship-driven field.

You’re likely someone who:

  • Communicates confidently and enjoys meaningful one-to-one conversations
  • Builds trust and professional relationships naturally
  • Has a genuine interest in learning, leadership, and personal development
  • Can listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and identify goals and priorities
  • Is comfortable following a structured process
  • Works effectively independently and takes ownership of activity and results
  • Values continued learning, professional development, and personal growth
  • Is driven, motivated, and ready for a new chapter
  • Wants greater autonomy without stepping away from professional challenge
  • Values independence while still appreciating mentorship, shared learning, and professional connection

Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

A Different Way to Work

The difference is not simply that the role is remote.

This is a self-directed, performance-based role rather than a traditional salaried position. You have greater control over your schedule, where you work, and the amount of time you choose to commit.

Some people begin alongside an existing career or other commitments, while others choose to devote more time as they progress.

Income is performance-based, allowing results to reflect individual effort and outcomes rather than a predetermined salary or advancement timeline.

You’ll have access to established marketing approaches and shared best practices for generating warm interest, so the role does not rely on cold calling.

And while the work is self-directed, it doesn’t have to be isolating. You’ll have access to mentorship, ongoing learning, and a global professional community that provides connection, perspective, and opportunities to learn from others while maintaining your independence.
