- Presentation and Training Support: Develop and prepare compelling presentations and decks to support the Learning and Development team's initiatives and training programs.
- Learning Project Coordination: Provide comprehensive project coordination for key learning and development initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered successfully.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all content and training materials adhere to established standards for tone, voice, and process.
- Accuracy Verification: Conduct thorough reviews of knowledge articles and training content, engaging with subject matter experts for validation.
- Lifecycle Management: Retire outdated content and identify opportunities for the creation of new resources to address knowledge and skill gaps.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with diverse teams to support strategic initiatives and maintain alignment between knowledge content and training goals.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to innovation and continuous enhancement of both content management and learning development functions.
