You’ll follow a structured process to generate interest, connect with prospective clients, and introduce established leadership and personal development programs to people exploring positive change.
What You’ll Do

Use company-provided training or your own expertise to generate and manage interest

Connect with people who have requested additional information

Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand individual goals and assess alignment

Share clear, relevant information about our leadership and personal development programs

Develop relationships through thoughtful communication and consistent follow-up

Manage prospective-client activity using CRM and digital communication tools

Participate in ongoing leadership and personal development training

Requirements
You may be a strong fit if you:

Bring 10 or more years of professional experience

Have experience in leadership, marketing, communications, consulting, business development, client relationships, sales, HR, learning and development, or a related professional field

Communicate confidently and build professional relationships naturally

Demonstrate strategic thinking, initiative, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through

Are comfortable learning and using CRM, communication, and other digital tools

Work effectively independently and take ownership of your activity and results

Are open to following an established, step-by-step process

Value continued leadership, personal, and professional development

Are driven, motivated, and ready for a new chapter

Are open to an independent, performance-based role rather than a traditional salaried position

Reside in the United States or Canada; applicants in other locations may be considered based on eligibility
Prior experience in the personal development sector is not required. Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
