This is a remote position.

You’ve built valuable experience. What if you could use it in a way that gives you greater flexibility, autonomy, and room to keep growing?

This remote Leadership Consultant role offers a different way to work — one where you can apply the communication, leadership, relationship-building, strategic thinking, marketing, and business development skills you’ve developed throughout your career in a more flexible, self-directed environment.

If you’re driven, motivated, and ready for a new chapter that offers meaningful work, continued professional challenge, and greater ownership over your time, income, and results, this may be worth exploring.

This is not a traditional salaried position or corporate leadership role. It’s designed for experienced professionals who are open to an independent, performance-based structure.

At LiveHappy Initiative, we offer access to world-class leadership and personal development programs, structured systems for long-term professional achievement, and the support of a global organization operating in more than 120 countries.

What the Role Involves

This role centers around communication, relationship development, and meaningful conversations with professionals who are exploring personal and professional growth.

You’ll use an established, consultative process to:

  • Connect with professionals who have expressed interest in exploring new possibilities
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand goals, priorities, and alignment
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients and introduce qualified individuals to established leadership and personal development programs
  • Build and nurture professional relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up
  • Use established marketing strategies and shared best practices to generate interest and develop your pipeline
  • Manage prospective client activity using CRM and digital communication tools

Step-by-step systems, comprehensive training, and ongoing support are provided.

Who This Tends to Fit

You’ve already proven you can succeed. The question is whether the structure that got you here still fits where you want to go next.

You may be a strong fit if you have 10+ years of professional experience, particularly in leadership, management, marketing, communications, business development, client success, consulting, human resources, learning and development, or another relationship-driven field.

You’re likely someone who:

  • Communicates confidently and builds professional relationships naturally
  • Can listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and understand goals and priorities
  • Works effectively independently and takes ownership of activity and results
  • Is comfortable following a structured process while managing your own schedule
  • Values continued learning, leadership, and personal development
  • Is driven, motivated, and ready for a new chapter

Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

A Different Way to Work

Not only is the role 100% remote, it’s also an entirely different way to work.

This is a self-directed, performance-based role that gives you greater control over your schedule, where you work, and the amount of time you choose to commit. Income reflects individual effort and outcomes rather than a predetermined salary or advancement timeline.

Some people begin alongside an existing career or other commitments, while others choose to devote more time as they progress.

And independence doesn’t mean isolation. You’ll have access to mentorship, ongoing learning, and a global professional community where people share ideas, experiences, and best practices — while maintaining the autonomy of self-directed work.

At the heart of our approach is a simple idea: motivated professionals should be able to create rewarding careers that support their goals — with purpose, flexibility, and community.

Is This Your Kind of Different?

This won’t be the right structure for everyone.

But if you want to keep learning, growing, contributing, and achieving — with greater ownership over how you work and what you earn — it may be worth a conversation.

Apply now to receive more details. If it feels like a good match, we’ll schedule a brief introductory call to explore the next step.
