About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Systems Quality Assurance Analyst supporting loyalty rewards and benefits as it pertains customer journey as a part of credit cards.

In this role, you will:
  • Conduct feature level testing as last step before code is put into production
  • Partner with product team to support customer journey features
  • Document test cases and risk research and create test plans
  • Record test progress and results
  • Identify and track issues throughout testing
  • Perform manual and automated testing
  • Consult with users providing advice and direction
  • Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
  • Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
  • Research system features being tested
  • Partner with Engineers to develop testing strategy
  • Log, track and verify resolution of software and specification defects
  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience and systems or application testing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile workflows
  • Broad understanding of credit card business practices
  • Working knowledge of the credit card industry
  • Ability to comprehend technical concepts such as data flow and system architecture
  • Proficient in systems: Mongo DB, Hogan, Fiserv
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
  • Customer journey testing experience
Job Expectations:
  • Up to 10% travel
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days in office per week
