The Lead, Supplier Diversity will manage and execute the Supplier Inclusion Program, engage with diverse suppliers, and collaborate with procurement teams to enhance supplier inclusivity and relationships across the organization.

As the Group Lead, Supplier Diversity, you will be responsible for bringing our value of We Demand Diversity to life through our supplier inclusion program, including the design & development of all aspects of the program, such as identification and engagement related to diverse suppliers and agencies. The role closely partners and collaborates with all areas of our North American Procurement team to support our supplier inclusion efforts. You will be engaging and building relationships with suppliers, businesses, community leaders, and internal stakeholders to develop a pipeline of opportunities within our suppliers and agency network. A background in supplier diversity, strategic sourcing, and a foundational knowledge of end-to-end procure-to-pay processes will be critical to your success.

• Responsible for the ongoing development, management, execution of the KHC NA Procurement Supplier Inclusion Program, including aligning and integrating program objectives with the company's core values.
• Prepare and be accountable for the execution of our supplier inclusion strategies in support of the company's strategic and annual business plans.
• Provide guidance and support to category teams and leadership responsible for supplier inclusion efforts to ensure appropriate purchasing decisions.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with a diverse group of supplier organizations by identifying mutually beneficial opportunities to increase engagement and foster connections.
• Determine best ways to mentor and develop existing diverse suppliers and agencies.
• Partner with the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) for the North American Zone, sourcing category leads, strategic suppliers, and business leaders to increase visibility of the supplier inclusion program.
• Champion and facilitate supplier inclusion activities in sourcing, throughout the organization and externally, including developing and sharing supplier inclusion educational materials and educating stakeholders on program initiatives.
• Increase overall business engagement and advocacy in the Supplier Inclusion agenda by building relationships with and partnering with senior business leaders, including those in Finance, Business Units, Legal, Compliance, and others.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and digital procurement to develop workflows and systems that facilitate data analysis, recommendations, and informed procurement decisions.

Expected Experience & Required Skills
• Hold a bachelor's in business, supply chain, finance, related field or possess a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Have 7 to 10 years of procurement, supply chain, or related experience. A background in supplier diversity, strategic sourcing, and a foundational knowledge of end-to-end procure-to-pay processes is highly desirable.
• Established relationships in the supplier diversity community and involvement with national or local chapters of major diversity organizations highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective collaborator with ability to grow relationships and influence key stakeholders and work effectively across all levels within the organization.
• Ability to influence and coach without direct accountability, supporting NA Procurement teams to achieve results, and possess excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Displays high levels of energy and commitment; is relentless in the pursuit of goals in an environment of complexity, diversity, and ambiguity.
• Advanced change management skills with an eagerness to learn and develop further.
• Advanced user of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and have technological understanding for source-to-pay tools.
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Normal office environment with moderate travel to customer locations, stores, manufacturing facilities, etc.; offices are open workspaces Additionally, this role requires the incumbent to be in the office during Procurement core days/hours, i.e., Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. The incumbent may flex one other day in the office, i.e., Monday, Thursday, or Friday.
