The CAR Data Management/Consulting, Implementation & Sourcing is looking for a Lead Risk Analytics Consultant to join the CAR Commercial team. The CAR Commercial group manages all aspects of commercial data including data uploads, data mapping, maintaining metadata, reconciliations, data quality management, data warehousing, source system load functions, and other key functions necessary for effective data management.
In this role, you will:
  • Manage and maintain data and relationship with partners for one or more systems of records
  • Participate in monthly data load and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness for downstream consumption and usage
  • Monitor data and resolve/correct SOR data deficiencies each month
  • Support downstream users and reporting groups related to assigned SORs and assist other CAR team SOR owners
  • Lead complex initiatives related to business analysis and modeling, including those that are cross functional, with broad impact, ; and act as a key participant in data aggregation, monitoring, and reporting of stress testing and portfolio analysis for Risk Analytics
  • Review and analyze complex programing models to extract data and manipulate databases to provide statistical and financial modeling specific to businesses supported
  • Manage the roll out of pilot programs developed as a result of programmed models for supported businesses and product lines
  • Make decisions in complex product strategies, data modeling, and risk exposure, requiring solid understanding of business unit projects and regulatory responses, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead analytics and reporting to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, partners, stakeholders, to resolve production, project, and regulatory issues, and achieve risk analysts, and common modeling goals
  • Lead projects, teams, and mentor others
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle, Toad, SQL server, Teradata, SAS, Unix, Python, PowerBI and/or Tableau
  • Extensive experience in credit reporting and credit risk analytics
  • Knowledge of Commercial Banking business and SORs
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with relational databases
  • Proficient in relational database design and querying, with experience in data mapping, mining, and modeling
  • Understanding of General Ledger and experience in GL reconciliation
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft office tools including Excel formulas, pivot tables, etc.
  • Build and leverage relationships with partners to understand approach and key deliverables
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to work independently and with teams on multiple initiatives concurrently

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
