- Build and manage a strong pipeline of sales talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and agency/vendor relationships where needed.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market compensation benchmarks, interview design, and candidate assessment for sales roles.
- Drive an excellent candidate experience, representing the employer brand throughout the hiring process.
- Support workforce planning and headcount forecasting for Sales/GTM functions in partnership with Finance and HR Business Partners.
- Ensure compliance with local Hong Kong employment regulations and internal hiring policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements

- Proven experience recruiting across levels — from individual contributor sales roles through senior sales/GTM leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering directly with Sales/GTM executives.
- Deep familiarity with the Hong Kong and broader APAC talent market for sales and commercial talent.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
