About the Role

Assignment Length: 4 months (March-July 2026)
Compensation: $60/hour, 30-40 hours/week, not eligible for benefits
Employment Type: Temporary/Contract (maternity leave coverage)

We are looking to bring on an experienced Lead Recruiter for a 4-month temporary assignment to support Litify's full lifecycle recruiting efforts. In this role, you'll partner with hiring managers across every department at Litify (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Operations) to understand our open positions and hiring needs and lead our recruiting efforts from end to end, while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open positions across the company, from internal kick-off through sourcing, resume review, screening and interview coordination, and offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, and best practices
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation in Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in full lifecycle recruiting, ideally for technology/software companies
  • Prior experience operating as a senior or lead recruiter in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and hit deadlines
  • Professional, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
