Lead Project Manager

Job Summary 

As a Lead Project Manager (20095), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.  

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring effective collaboration, productivity and alignment with project objectives.
• Oversee project planning, timelines and delivery, ensuring milestones and deliverables are completed successfully.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication, proper resource allocation and project progress.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and support decision making to ensure high quality solutions and successful delivery.

Qualifications and Skills 

• Proven experience leading engineering or technical teams in a Team Lead, Engineering Manager or similar role.
• Strong experience in project management, including planning, tracking and delivery of technical projects.
• Technical background in software development or engineering, with the ability to understand and guide technical decisions.
• Experience managing team performance, mentoring engineers and fostering team collaboration.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and projects.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project risks, dependencies and changes in fast-paced environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning technical and business goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• High level of accountability and ownership to ensure successful project delivery.
