About The Role

Mochi Health is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in programmatic advertising to expand our B2C growth efforts online. You will oversee and manage the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with design and analytics to create and execute campaigns. This role reports to Mochi’s Head of Growth.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare space, a deep understanding of the ad ecosystem and programmatic advertising, a firm foundation in marketing principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a track record of success. You’re a self-starter that is comfortable in a quickly changing startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Expand Mochi’s existing online marketing efforts via programmatic advertising
  • Build and manage the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns to achieve numeric conversion goals at or below the target customer acquisition cost.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team on the marketing mix, integrated campaigns, and an overall coordinated advertising strategy.
  • Work with design and brand to fulfill creative asset needs.
  • Partner with analytics to evaluate ongoing campaign performance, including questions of attribution, and assess the results of creative or other testing

Who You Are

  • 5+ years' experience in a performance driven role with a proven track record planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. Proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies preferred
  • Strong understanding of programmatic media buying, RTB (Real-Time Bidding), DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), and DMPs (Data Management Platforms).
  • Knowledge of remarketing and advanced targeting tactics, including dynamic creative, CRM, site retargeting, search retargeting, keyword, contextual, affinity, & look-a-like audience targeting
  • Fluent in media research/analytics and consumer trends
  • Bias toward action and high velocity of experimentation to develop learning that improve performance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A self-starter that is comfortable in a quickly changing startup environment

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $125,000-$200,0000 in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
