Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related field required.
- Certification in PMP, PgMP, or equivalent preferred.
- Prior healthcare experience - highly desired
- Proven ability to extract and analyzes portfolio data to assess cross-project intersections, dependencies, and enterprise allocations.
- Experience working with MS Project to support schedule and status communication based on program needs.
- Prior experience using MS Excel to analyze and communicate enterprise information, including multi-sheet workbooks, filters, functions, and pivot tables.
- Ability to create leadership-ready presentations in MS PowerPoint that communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Produces clear, enterprise-ready data using PowerBI with documentation in MS Word to communicate complex concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well both independently as well as within a team oriented environment
