Monitor service delivery, resolve operational issues, ensuring service continuity during the TSA period. Support TSA exit plans, including transition timelines, cutover sequencing, licensing agreement optimization, knowledge transfer, and readiness testing for new service providers or internal ownership.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement – 15% - Facilitate collaboration at the working level between IT, business units, legal, finance, sourcing, and external partners to ensure pre- and post- Day 1 deliverables are accurate, feasible, and mutually agreed. Resolve conflicts and maintain alignment across workstreams.
  • Risk & Issue Management – 10% - Proactively identify and communicate risks related to TSA delivery, IT separation, and transaction interdependencies. Escalate critical blockers with recommended solutions.
  • Change Management & Communication – 10% - Lead structured change management for separation initiatives, ensuring impacted stakeholders are informed, trained, and prepared for operational transition.

Critical Business Experience:

  • 10+ years of program management experience in large-scale IT or M&A separation programs.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex interdependent schedules.
  • Strong background in IT infrastructure, applications, portfolio management, and cross-functional business engagement.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
