Shape Offers That Drive Growth

Maslow Media Group is seeking a strategic, customer-focused, and analytically driven Lead Product Marketing Manager – Offers to join our client’s team, a leading streaming service.

Do you know how to turn data, financial insights, customer behavior, and business strategy into compelling offers that drive results? As a member of the Pricing, Packaging, and Offers Strategy team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how offers are designed, evaluated, and optimized across acquisition, existing customers, retention, and video-on-demand portfolios.

You’ll build business cases, challenge assumptions, uncover opportunities, and help shape the strategy before it reaches execution. Working across pricing, packaging, promotions, products, channels, and customer segments, you’ll develop offer strategies that balance customer value with financial performance and operational feasibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape and challenge offer strategies by validating assumptions, asking the right questions, and partnering with strategy owners to strengthen concepts before business cases are developed.
  • Build compelling business cases and financial models to evaluate acquisition, existing customer, retention, and video-on-demand offers.
  • Think across the customer lifecycle, evaluating how offers perform across products, channels, customer segments, and key customer touchpoints.
  • Develop forecasts using sound business judgment and well-reasoned assumptions, even when data is incomplete or ambiguous.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Product, and other stakeholders to develop and execute winning offer strategies.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations, creating executive-ready presentations and insights that enable confident strategic decision-making.
  • Identify dependencies and opportunities across pricing, packaging, promotions, and customer experience to create a cohesive and sustainable offer portfolio.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and strategic analysis.
  • The ability to balance customer needs, marketing objectives, financial performance, and operational realities when evaluating opportunities.
  • A strategic mindset and the confidence to challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders, and recommend better solutions.
  • Experience evaluating complex business decisions involving multiple products, customer segments, channels, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to simplify complexity without losing sight of critical business dependencies.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with SQL/Snowflake and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Curiosity, sound business judgment, and a highly collaborative approach in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience in pricing and offers, subscription businesses, streaming, or recurring-revenue models is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Why This Role Matters

Your work will directly influence how a leading streaming service attracts customers, creates value, reduces churn, and grows revenue. If you enjoy digging into the numbers, questioning the status quo, connecting the dots across the customer journey, and turning complex business problems into smart, actionable strategies, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Bring your analytical mind. Challenge the assumptions. Shape the strategy. Build offers that move the business forward.

What’s in it for you

Once you join our team, you would get the opportunity to work with experienced leaders who provide the tools and training necessary for you to contribute to the continued success of our client’s organization.  In addition, our comprehensive and competitive benefits program is designed to support the health, financial well-being, and work-life balance of our employees. Eligible team members have access to multiple medical plan options, along with dental and vision coverage which include the options to choose either a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) to help manage healthcare costs.  In addition, we offer a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for commuter transit costs to set aside funds on a pre-tax basis. We also provide company-sponsored life and disability insurance to protect employees and their families, as well as voluntary benefit options for additional financial security.  To support long-term financial planning, employees may participate in our 401(k) retirement savings plan and time out of the office programs such as paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, reinforcing our commitment to flexibility, wellness, and sustainable career growth.
