- Define and own the roadmap for Enterprise Readiness capabilities of the Command Platform, including:
- Multi-tenancy frameworks for Enterprises and MSSPs
- User access management (RBAC, data access segmentation, approval flows)
- Developer-facing APIs and automation infrastructure
- Foundational account and identity infrastructure
- Partner closely with engineering, UX, and cross-product teams to deliver enterprise-grade platform capabilities that are secure, scalable, and intuitive.
- Drive the successful adoption and value realisation of platform features post-launch, collaborating with Customer Success and Product Marketing.
- Serve as the internal and external voice of Enterprise Readiness, representing the platform in executive reviews, roadmap presentations, and customer engagements.
- Establish metrics and instrumentation to evaluate feature success, platform health, and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor junior product team members and contribute to the evolution of the product craft at Rapid7.
- Act as a connector across product areas to identify and resolve systemic gaps in enterprise enablement across the platform.
The skills and qualities you'll bring include:
- 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS platforms, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platform requirements, particularly in multi-tenant environments, role-based access control (RBAC), identity and access management (IAM), and API development.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives that deliver outcomes for enterprise customers.
- Able to collect, interpret, and communicate data to inform product decisions and business impact.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align platform initiatives with broader business and customer goals.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with an ability to collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
- A customer-obsessed mindset with direct experience engaging large customers and partners.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing ambiguity.
