The Lead Product Manager will oversee the reporting platform, ensuring accuracy and value, driving client trust through actionable insights and performance metrics.
About the Role
Reporting is at the core of how our customers understand their performance and make strategic decisions. In your role, you will be responsible for ensuring our reporting platform is accurate, consistent, trusted and valued by customers across all channels. You will work with our clients, our executive team, and our engineering/design teams to build Attentive’s strategy for showing indisputable value and positioning Attentive as a trustworthy marketing partner for our clients.
You’ll take ownership of the full reporting experience — as the Attentive product offering expands you will ensure our reporting remains clear within our Reporting Suite as well as within the third party attribution/reporting tools our clients use.
We’re looking for a strategic and data-savvy Lead Product Manager to oversee Attentive’s Reporting suite. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, owning client trust, and innovating on how martech performance is calculated & communicated. You’ll play a key role in evolving how Attentive delivers proof of value—and how our clients understand and leverage that value to grow their business.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how we communicate the value of our platform through robust attribution modeling and actionable insights, driving deeper client trust and platform adoption.
What You'll Accomplish
- You’ll build and scale methods for quantifying the incremental lift driven by Attentive’s features
- Create strategies to demonstrate incremental impact of new Attentive products & channels
- Work cross-functionally to communicate value and drive trust in product performance
- You’ll surface actionable insights from the billions of data points collected on our platform
- Focus initially on customer behavior and lifecycle insights
- Deliver subscriber and visitor engagement reporting to help clients improve targeting
- Collaborate with AI product teams to support insights into AI performance
- Explore future areas including: Product catalog insights, Benchmarks, Predictive analytics
Your Expertise
- You have at least 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS or data-focused company
- You’ve owned data-rich products and love translating complexity into clarity
- You’re comfortable working with data science, analytics, and engineering teams
- You have experience with attribution modeling, performance reporting, or incrementality
- You thrive in ambiguity and are driven to ship measurable value
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can align diverse stakeholders behind a clear vision and roadmap
- You’re highly analytical and make data-driven decisions, setting measurable goals and tracking outcomes post-launch
- You’re passionate about delivering tools customers love and trust
- Bonus: Familiarity with marketing platforms or SaaS analytics tools

For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full time position is $190,200 - $235,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package
