Position Title: Lead Product Manager, Creator Experiences
About the role
We’re hiring a Lead Product Manager to drive the end-to-end creator journey — from acquisition and onboarding to activation and content creation. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for a seasoned product leader who thrives at the intersection of product-led growth (PLG), user experience, and experimentation.
You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to build intuitive, seamless, and impactful experiences that help creators succeed on our platform. You’ll own critical outcomes like improving Day 1 retention, shortening time-to-first-value, and unlocking new ways for creators to engage and grow.
How you will make an impact
- Own the product strategy and execution for the full creator lifecycle — acquisition, onboarding, activation, and content creation.
- Design and refine onboarding experiences that accelerate early success and reduce drop-off.
- Lead improvements to the onboarding flow, the content posting flow and linking experience — minimizing friction and introducing new creative tools and formats.
- Develop a deep understanding of our creators through research, data analysis, and direct feedback — and translate those insights into scalable product solutions.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and marketing to align roadmaps, drive execution, and launch high-impact features.
Define success metrics, monitor performance, and share actionable insights with executive leadership.
Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to junior PMs and cross-functional collaborators within the growth and creator experience domains.
What you will bring to LTK
- 7–10 years of experience as a Product Leader in consumer-facing products, ideally within marketplaces, e-commerce, or creator-focused platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to define product vision, set clear roadmaps, and drive cross-functional execution, making tough trade-offs when necessary.
- Deep product and design sensibility, with a track record of delivering experiences that delight users and drive business value.
- Obsessed with understanding user needs — and translating those needs into elegant, scalable solutions.
- Strong decision-making skills grounded in data, user insights, and business opportunity, with a clear ability to articulate the "why" behind every feature.. You have hands on experienc using tools like Amplitude
- Clear and confident communicator — skilled at rallying cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders with well-structured thinking.
- Action-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity — you move quickly, test often, and prioritize based on impact.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments where experimentation and adaptability are key.
