In this role, you will lead development in one of the key parts of our core platform. You will be responsible for product management (collecting and organizing requirements from internal stakeholders), architecture, and implementation in your area of responsibility.
This job will give you challenging tasks with a lot of autonomy, top-of-market compensation, and meaningful equity in the company.
This role may or may not involve formal management of other engineers, but will involve coordination of multiple people working in your and adjacent areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Shaping, planning and executing tasks and projects that improve your area of our platform.
Designing elegant and practical architecture and APIs in alignment with the rest of the product.
Working with internal (and occasionally external) stakeholders to inform your direction of work.
Ensuring quality of your area of responsibility: documentation, test coverage, technical debt, etc.
Requirements:
Interest in diving deep into our subject domain (software integrations, developer tools, AI).
Proven experience building simple solutions for complex problems.
Great working knowledge of Typescript.
Working knowledge or interest in quickly learning our technology stack: Kubernetes, Docker, Mongo, Redis, Nestjs, React.
Excellent written and fluent spoken communications (in English).
