We believe great products emerge when strong design and strong engineering work closely together. We're looking for a Lead Product Designer who can help shape products from early concepts through production and create experiences that make complex technologies accessible to everyday users.

The Role

We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to lead product design across our blockchain and Web3 initiatives.

You'll work directly with founders, product managers, engineers, and clients to define product experiences, solve complex user problems, and create intuitive interfaces for blockchain-powered applications.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys ownership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. You'll help establish product direction while remaining deeply involved in design work.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design across blockchain and Web3 products.
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Partner closely with product and engineering teams to define product strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and validate design decisions through testing and feedback.
• Establish and maintain design systems that support consistency across products.
• Advocate for user needs while balancing business and technical requirements.
• Mentor designers and contribute to a strong design culture.
• Help define design processes and raise the overall quality of product experiences across the company.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience designing digital products that have been shipped to real users.
• Proven experience working on blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, wallet, tokenization, NFT, or Web3 products.
• Strong product thinking and ability to solve complex user experience challenges.
• Exceptional visual, interaction, and systems design skills.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and product teams.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and influence stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful product design and problem-solving.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing financial products, developer tools, marketplaces, or infrastructure platforms.
• Experience working in startups or fast-growing technology companies.
• Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems such as Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, or similar networks.
• Experience building and scaling design systems.

Compensation

Annual base salary (excluding bonus and equity):

$170,000 - $240,000 USD

Compensation will depend on experience, location, and demonstrated impact.

Additional compensation may include performance bonuses, equity participation, and other benefits depending on role and location.
