* Partner with the director of design to synthesize findings into actionable design hypotheses and recommendations.
* Create user-testable prototypes in Figma that capture interaction and flow.
* Work collaboratively with product management, marketing, and leadership by clearly presenting design work that balances user insights, business goals, and project constraints. You'll deliver both milestone presentations and Figma run-throughs for regular check-ins.
* You think in motion and believe that using animation and transitions helps guide user interactions and improve understanding.
* Project-manage your own work in close collaboration with your Product Manager. Share progress openly and maintain alignment with your team.

Qualifications

* 5–8+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally consumer-facing or marketplace platforms.
* Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear, testable design directions.
* You balance strategic thinking with exceptional visual and brand execution, ensuring every design feels distinctly Peerspace.
* Expertise in Figma, including auto-layout, components, variants, and advanced prototyping.
* Experience using at least one motion tool such as Framer, Principle, ProtoPie, or After Effects.
* Demonstrated an ability to work across discovery, concepting, and validation phases with a broad range of stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management. You can align teams, tell a story, and make decisions collaboratively.
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, project-based environment. We’re fully remote, so staying transparent about what you’re working on and showing progress is key. You manage your time well and naturally keep others in the loop.
* Bonus: Curious about how AI tools can accelerate exploration, prototyping, or content generation.
