About the Job
As Lead Product Data Analyst at Splitero, you will be the most senior dedicated data hire, joining our Product & Engineering team to establish the foundation for data-informed decision-making across the company. This is a hands-on, high-impact IC role. You’ll own the analytics stack, define metrics and standards, and deliver insights that shape both homeowner experience and internal team performance.
You’ll partner directly with product managers, engineers, and operations leaders to identify opportunities, design reporting solutions, and translate raw data into actionable strategies. Your work will span marketing, sales, operations, and product usage data, giving leadership a clear lens into funnel performance, homeowner behavior, and team efficiency.
You’ll be responsible for designing and scaling Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM) dashboards, dataflows, and reporting to power day-to-day decisions and long-term roadmap planning. Beyond Salesforce, you’ll leverage product analytics tools (PostHog, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to create a unified view of homeowner journeys.
In this role, you will:
- Define, build, and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards and dataflows that surface product usage, homeowner behavior, and operational performance.
- Establish and standardize core KPIs across the organization, ensuring accuracy and alignment across teams.
- Partner with product and operations leaders to diagnose bottlenecks, optimize lead routing, and improve funnel performance.
- Build lead scoring models, funnel tracking, and team performance dashboards that drive measurable improvements in conversion and efficiency.
- Translate data into clear narratives for roadmap planning, initiative tracking, and operational performance reviews.
- Drive the adoption of product analytics platforms (PostHog, Mixpanel, GA) alongside Salesforce reporting to give a 360° view of the customer journey.
- Set the analytics standards, governance, and best practices that will enable future scale (permissions, dataflows, documentation).
As a Lead Product Data Analyst, you will be successful when:
- Teams across Splitero rely on your dashboards and insights to guide daily and strategic decisions.
- Funnel performance and lead routing measurably improve as a direct result of your analysis.
- Leadership turns to your reporting as a source of truth for roadmap, OKR, and operational planning.
- Data becomes a shared language across product, operations, and leadership because of the standards you’ve created.
This role is for someone who thrives in a startup environment: part architect, part analyst, and part business partner. You’ll define how data is structured, presented, and used across Splitero, building not just dashboards—but the culture of metrics-driven decision-making that the company will scale on.
The salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

About Us
Millions of homeowners in today’s economy are sitting on substantial home equity they are unable to access due to rising interest rates and strict qualification requirements of traditional lenders. That means millions of homeowners can’t convert their hard-earned equity into cash to pay off debt, start a home renovation, or pad their retirement to better their lives.
Splitero co-founders Michael Gifford and David Zvaifler witnessed the problem firsthand throughout their real estate careers. They set out to create a win-win product that could help those homeowners access their home equity but not make monthly payments like traditional financing options. And thus, Splitero was born.
