Job Description

We’re looking for a Lead Product Analyst to join the North America Growth team in Austin. In this role, you will be the analytical owner of our localized Growth Engine framework, focusing heavily on pricing optimization and understanding customer price elasticity. You will help our product and pricing teams determine the right balance between long-term value and targeted incentives to sustainably scale our growth.

The Role:

This role is a pivotal technical leadership position acting as the analytical bridge between our Regional Product team and global Commercial Pricing & Finance functions. You will be the technical architect of our regional pricing experimentation and customer lifetime value frameworks. Combining numerical rigor with a deep understanding of user behavior, you will transform elasticity models into clear, high-impact decisions that shape our regional growth roadmap.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive Strategy & Prioritization: You will own the analytical direction of our regional growth engine, helping define how we scale product access. You will analyze customer trends and behavior profiles across corridors to determine where to deploy specialized user initiatives, baseline experience upgrades, or structural adaptations to maximize customer lifetime value

  • Ensure Launch Rigor & Experimentation: You will establish the scientific rigor behind all regional scaling initiatives. You will design and execute sophisticated evaluation frameworks using causal inference, counterfactual modeling, and pre/post forecasting. You will be the definitive voice on whether a launch successfully creates incremental customer growth

  • Architect & Maintain the Data Layer: We believe analysts deliver the highest value when focused on strategic product discovery, not routine ad-hoc queries. You will build and maintain a robust semantic data layer and scalable models that capture cohort trends, lifecycle patterns, and long-term user retention. This foundation will empower cross-functional teams to self-serve day-to-day data needs via dashboards and integrated AI interfaces. Over time, you will build automated workflows to handle repetitive task structures, protecting your core bandwidth for deep-dive discovery work

  • Own Competitive Intelligence & Market Benchmarking: You will lead our performance benchmarking framework, ensuring we have automated systems to evaluate regional landscape dynamics, positioning variables, and consumer alternatives. You will translate market location features into insights that fuel our optimization loops and gate rollout decisions.

  • Evangelize Insights: You will close the loop between data models, commercial functions, and acquisition channels. You will regularly synthesize and communicate route-level performance maps to align our growth squads and direct marketing functions on exactly where to amplify operational support vs. where to pivot messaging.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Technical Skills: 5+ years of experience in high-impact analytical roles. Expert-level SQL and hands-on mastery over data pipeline infrastructure tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow, and Python. You are fully comfortable owning full-stack pipelines from ingestion to advanced insights .

  • Experimentation & Inference Expertise: Deep experience designing complex product experiments, quantifying user trends, and leveraging counterfactual or causal inference methodologies when traditional split testing is restricted .

  • Strategic & Commercial Maturity: Proven ability to analyze hyper-complex market contexts, cut through ambiguity, and prioritize areas that protect our efficiency and yield long-term payback windows .

  • Influence & Leadership: Excellent communication skills. You are comfortable debating product strategy with product leads, aligning financial stakeholders, and mentoring junior analysts to elevate the technical craft across the organization.

Nice to have but not essential:

  • Background working with regional payment systems, financial APIs, or payment rails .

  • Experience managing growth frameworks or dynamic value allocation structures in a high-growth marketplace or tech organization.
