Scopely is looking for a Lead Producer to join our WWE Champions team and help shape the face of our product on a Remote U.S. basis.

As a Lead Producer you are responsible for driving game initiatives that deliver engaging content to our players, process improvements that support feature creation and the team at-large, and strategic resource and roadmap prioritization.

What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with Game Development, Product stakeholders, Player Experience team, and other key groups to ensure our players have the best possible experience. 
  • Work with game leadership to plan, build, and release engaging features and content to excite our players
  • Partner with Stakeholders to own all features and release calendar planning.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement–proactively identifying areas for optimization and change based on team, player, or game needs
  • Manage part of a team of Producers, and partner with members from across the Game team to make amazing features and content
  • Own our production presence within LiveOps and QA, rooting out areas of inefficiency and finding solutions as you go
  • Build relationships with cross-functional groups ( Engineering, Design, LiveOps, outsource partners etc.) to ensure that Production is both a trailblazer and an amazing partner

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of game production experience
  • Highly motivated self starter that jumps at the opportunity to organize complex projects.
  • Leadership experience on a major game project
  • Comfortable in taking full ownership of a team and making development decisions.
  • Mastery of project management (both Waterfall and Agile methodologies) and project management tools (e.g. Jira)
  • LiveOps or high-volume Content Pipeline experience a major plus
  • An eye for product quality, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to wrangle logistics and drive teams to achieve deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experienced in conflict resolution
  • Strong sense of ownership and work autonomy
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for detail and high standards of work
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high energy environment with a high amount of dependencies between teams
  • Experience tracking a complex project and providing insight and influence into how to deliver more effectively and mitigate risks

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
