Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale software applications to support business functions.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using multiple programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Utilize version control systems like Git to manage codebase and track changes.
- Document software designs, code, and processes for future reference and maintenance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the software remains current and
- competitive.
- Design and implement software solutions independently.
- Perform debugging and testing.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and expertise.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of software development initiatives.
- Lead teams using Agile and DevOps practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +6 yrs experience).
- Typically 8+ years of related experience.
- Extensive knowledge of software development practices and methodologies.
- Understanding of business requirements that translates into large-scale technical solutions.
- Knowledgeable of leading teams using Agile and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing workflows, handlers, integration pipelines, and reports within Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
Strong familiarity with Deployment Center and managing configuration changes with it.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or others.
- Familiarity with development frameworks such as Spring, Django, .NET, React, or Angular.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
COMPENSATION
Pay Range:
$139,590 - $191,950 USD
Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.

Sierra Space offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
