Great Hill is seeking a Lead Operations Research/Systems Analyst (ORSA) in Colorado Springs, CO. This initiative focuses on integrating generative artificial intelligence technologies, including large language models (LLMs), to enhance tactical efficiency and decision-making capabilities across combatant commands. Candidates will play a critical role in developing and executing test plans, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights while shaping Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for GAI usage in operational contexts.

This position offers the opportunity to work with classified data, leverage state-of-the-art AI tools, and contribute to national security objectives in a collaborative environment at facilities in and around Colorado Springs. Applicants must demonstrate expertise in AI systems, operational testing, and joint-service integration, with a commitment to excellence in project execution and deliverables.
Basic Qualifications:
- Skilled in applying quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, discrete event analysis, and operational test evaluation.
- Proficiency in Python, Excel, and statistical software such as JMP.
- Experienced in maintaining configuration control of test data and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Expertise in developing appropriate quantitative and qualitative analysis approaches for testing and evaluation.
- Strong experience in test design, problem decomposition, and data analysis methods.
- Requires 9–12 years of experience in operational testing, ORSA methodologies, and test analysis.
- Must possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience with Joint Test & Evaluation or operational testing.
Salary at Seneca is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The range of this position in other geographic locations may differ. The projected compensation range for this position is below. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.

$95,000—$115,000 USD
