About the role

POSITION SUMMARY: The Lead Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives across the Marketing Department. In addition to managing day-to-day marketing tasks, this role assists the Senior Marketing & Development Manager with project delegation, timeline management, and workflow organization to ensure efficient and effective campaign delivery. This position carries increased responsibility within the department while maintaining a strong focus on execution and collaboration.


This role requires strong initiative, leadership capability, project management, creativity, and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically. 

What you'll do

MARKETING LEADERSHIP & TEAM SUPPORT:


  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for marketing initiatives under the direction of the Senior Marketing & Development Manager.
  • Help prioritize and manage marketing workflows, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and support to marketing team members and cross-functional collaborators.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategy and campaign planning.
  • Lead project timelines and ensure accountability across marketing initiatives.
  • Step into a leadership capacity when the Senior Marketing & Development Manager is unavailable.


CREATIVE DIRECTION & BRAND EXECUTION:


  • Create and design professional-quality marketing collateral including brochures, proposals, presentations, event materials, advertisements, infographics, and digital assets.
  • Serve as the department's primary graphic design resource, ensuring all creative deliverables meet established brand standards and visual quality expectations.
  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute high-quality print and digital marketing materials.
  • Translate communications and concepts into compelling visuals for print, digital campaigns, website, social media, promotional materials, and internal communications.
  • Develop creative briefs and campaign concepts in collaboration with the Business Development Team.
  • Elevate overall creative quality and brand presentation across all channels.
  • Manage and maintain the company LinkedIn account and other company related socials.


PROJECT & ADMINISTRATIVE OVERSIGHT:


  • Manage and maintain the Business Development Team, Marketing, and Events calendar.
  • Oversee contracts, invoices, vendor relationships, and marketing budgets (as assigned).
  • Ensure timely processing of payments and expense reporting related to marketing activities.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for industry events as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and cross-departmental initiatives.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field, or 3 or more years of equivalent experience.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  • Experience with CRM systems, automation campaigns, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital performance tracking.
  • High proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and visual communication principles.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability or readiness to step into a leadership capacity.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability; confident decision-maker with problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion; self-starter with high accountability and ownership mentality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate in a remote environment across time zones and cultures.


TRAVEL REQUIRED: Yes, up to 10 % of occasional travel to industry events, client meetings, or company functions may be required.

REMOTE WORK & LOCATION DISCLOSURE: 

Permanent Remote with Travel - This position may be performed remotely in U.S. states where the Company is authorized to employ individuals. This position requires periodic travel to attend client meetings, appointments, or other business-related activities within the United States, as the Company deems necessary. Compensation may vary based on work location and will be administered in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.
