The Lead IT Product Manager is a strategic, executive facing role responsible for shaping and driving the organization’s data strategy. This leader partners with senior executives, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define the long-term vision for data and guide the execution of high impact strategic initiatives. The role requires strong consulting skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence across a complex enterprise.
• Define and lead the organizational data strategy, establishing long-term priorities and execution roadmaps.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, offering insight-driven recommendations and facilitating alignment across business and technology groups.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring shared ownership and clarity of strategic direction.
• Drive cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives, establishing governance structures, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring disciplined delivery.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable data capabilities that improve decision-making and enterprise performance.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform ongoing strategy refinement and thought leadership.
• Promote a data-driven culture by championing best practices and enabling organizational change.

Required Qualifications
- 8 – 10+ years experience in strategic consulting, enterprise strategy, product management, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and lead through ambiguity.
- Deep understanding of data strategy, governance, and enterprise data practices.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and strategic storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder strategic initiatives in a matrixed environment.
Remote/WAH requirements:
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
